Computer Saavy Members - Help with Cute AG Avatars?

Animated avatars, anyone? I love them so much, but I don't know how to make them at all. Maybe someone could do some featuring the Samantha and Felicity movies.

How do you resize? Photoshop won't let me.

Eh, nevermind, I'm just not going to make one.
